LINDENAU NEWBUILDING - S288



LINDENAU shipyard was able to obtain the contract to build a double hull bunker tanker for the German based ship owner GLÜSING in Cuxhaven.

The Bunker Tanker will be designed, engineered, built and delivered by the shipyard until April 2011. It is an innovative design with a high quality standard that fulfils all relevant regulations of the classification society Germanischer Lloyd and the flag state authority See-BG for travelling in coastal areas within 50 miles.

The obtainment of this newbuilding contract shows that the shipyard is a system vendor (from design to delivery) and has kept its ability to develop, build and deliver tankers in the range between 300 and 50,000 tdw.
