Research vessel POSEIDON and ALKOR



LINDENAU shipyard was awarded to get the order for the above mentioned research vessels to do classification works and other maintenance service.

The Institute IFM GEOMAR located in Kiel it is operating both vessels and both contracts are to effect in the time of September until the beginning of 2011.

The repair team of LINDENAU shipyard is very pleased and proud that it has both ships in the shipyard and it is a further milestone that the repair department with his staff has a high standard of work.

The LINDENAU repair team wishes the crew of the "POSEIDON" and "ALKOR" a good stay in the yard and safe journey and always a few inches of water under the keel and hopes to welcome the "POSEIDON" and "ALKOR" at LINDENAU shipyard in future again.
